Our Story

The Cagle and Fealko families formed nil·co in a way that sets it apart from the rest: a medical-minded physician and a business operator with the same goals: a top-quality product and the best customer service, which is nothing more than you deserve.

Dr. William Cagle, CEO, CMO

Will Cagle grew up on a small farm in South Georgia. The son of a third-generation Colquitt County farmer, he was the first generation in his family to graduate from college: University of Georgia, Class of 2003, with a double major in microbiology and biology.

Dr. Cagle spent the next four years in medical school, graduating in 2007 after securing a pediatric residency at one of the top programs in the Southeast. Upon completion, Dr. Cagle relocated to Washington, D.C., to further his training and education at a nationally recognized institution. He is double board certified in both pediatrics and pediatric intensive care medicine.

Rob Fealko, CFO

Starting in durable medical equipment sales, Rob quickly worked his way up to become the leader in his division. In less than two years, he was promoted to head management, leading a sales force of his own.

Young and determined to succeed, Rob continued his education by taking classes and business courses to learn more about both medical sales and business administration. With all of this under his belt, he opened his own company five years later, managing finances and operations for almost a dozen small businesses.

Rob and his wife, Caty, have been married over ten years and have three children. Caty is an Occupational Therapist and works with pediatric patients.

Rachel Cagle, COO, Director of Happiness

To know her is to love her. Rachel graduated from the University of Georgia in 2002 with a Consumer Economics degree that included double emphases in Public Relations and Marketing. She completed graduate studies in Public Administration at Georgia College.

Upon returning to Augusta, Rachel started working for herself as a financial planner (FP), having completed her series 7, series 66, and a plethora of other licenses that have no value when it comes to talking about CBD. With the birth of her second child, she retired after ten years of hard work and service to her clients.

As the COO of nil·co, she works with the daily operations on both the manufacturing and sales side. Her goal is to provide a seamless customer experience that starts and finishes with a happy client.

Rachel is raising three wild children, one busy husband, and an abundance of killer dust bunnies. When she is not managing the daily operations of nil·co or remembering how to do fifth grade math, you should see how she can make a glass of chardonnay disappear.
